例子确实很重要~二战的时候作文是5但是ISSUE写的字数很少,但是凑了几个例子~谁喜欢看空洞的论述?都喜欢具象的论述~

我的是赞同的观点
Firstly, it is not strict to say that all older workers have more experience and wisdom than young workers. A number of older workers never take efforts to finish their tasks, let alone obtain experience and wisdom from working. For example, the China Daily reported that CVF company dismissed 199 workers in March, 2010 with the reason that these people can not assemble the TV boxes in five minutes though they have done this same work for 11 months while a younger worker can achieve it in just less than 3 minutes after 3 months.
年长的工人不一定有经验和智慧。举例:XX公司解聘工人因为他们动作没有加快
Secondly, though older workers really gain experience and wisdom during the work, the experience and wisdom will be out of date frequently due to the fast changing society. For example, 即使年长工人有经验和智慧,这个经验也很容易过时在这个快速发展的社会。例如,原本生产鞋子是需要经验积累的,现在都是用机器生产了,这个经验就无用了
第三,即使这个经验还是有用的,年老工人do all things by rules,对于公司长远发展也是没有好处的。

而年轻的工人有能量以及新的想法,passion and energy can make up for shortage of experience and wisdom,能更好的适应这个快节奏以及提倡创新的社会。举例Companies In advertising industry recruit a large number of young workers every year. Mr.Li, the HR officer of DC.Ltd,said that his company prefers young workers during recruitment because older workers always stick to conventions so that they benefit the company little.
