CMU Tepper MBA round 2 interview with Annie Dolan [2012-02-02]

刚刚和annie dolan面的，30分钟，感觉我说得挺多，她一直在笑或者做笔记。 Don't know if it's a good sign...
面试问题没有惊喜，如下：
1) walk me through your resume
2) long term and short term goals
3) Why Tepper (这个地方多讲一下Tepper experiences....我讲的是Tepper MBA和我职业发展的契合度）
4) Role in the team
5) What do your team members describe you as a leader?
6) Things you do in your sparetime
7) Strengths in application

Tip: 个人觉得可以讲讲一些新奇的事情，比如在things you do in your sparetime的时候....
I told her about my weird hobby..and she had a good laugh
