K 是一个火山，而不是一个岛屿，不能做同位语讲，它只是座落在夏威夷群岛中的最大的岛屿～

但A的意思不对,就象你说的同位语的话,换句话说,拆主干时,可以解释为ISLAND HAVE ERUPTED.... 这怎么解释得通呢?
