求助！UIUC MSA 毕业时间问题

学校给的答复是这样的 I have noticed that your expected graduation date is June 30th, 2012. As our program starts June 11th, 2012, if admitted, it appears you are ineligible for consideration for the program this year. You are welcome to have your application recoded for consideration for summer 2013.
事实上6月前论文答辩都可以搞定，能开个学校提前放行的证明过去吗？有人有模板吗？
