请教北大国际的面试问题

我也刚参加完面试。我是先在网上报了名，然后把材料准备好快递过去。当天就收到面试通知，第二天在嘉里中心面试的，面试官两位。整个流程是先做自我介绍，然后问你对MBA的认识和你具有的资质或潜力。问题都很随意，没有太苛刻的问题，气氛也很轻松。据说一个星期就能知道结果。

对于想报考BIMBA的同学，有几点意见供参考。

1.个人背景很重要。因为MBA本身就是一个管理进阶的培训，需要参与者有一定的基础。这也决定了被录取的成功率大小。

2.申请材料要认真准备，尤其是推荐信和PS。GMAT成绩不是很重要，要求是600分以上，但招生人员自己也说每年都有500多分但成功申请的。英语口语很重要，面试考察的就是英语交流的能力。

对于上面有同学提到文凭的事，我有不同的看法。读MBA的目的是看重文凭的话，那就最好申请国内联考的，经济实惠，国家认可。要知道中欧的文凭前几年国家都不认可的哦。据我了解，BIMBA的名声在北京的职场上还是口碑不错的。前几届学员有不少出类拔萃的人物了。

我是上海人，由于是北京的学校，较多的工作机会是否会出现在北京，因为我还是想在上海附近工作，还有想知道BIMBA历届的就业成功率怎样，

因为BIMBA这个月在北京做“面对面咨询”活动，我是预约过的。后来材料交上去，校方就将预约的咨询改面试了。听说在3、4、5月是申请的高峰，我想学校就尽可能快的安排面试吧。

here I would like to share some of my experience applying BiMBA program though in the end I accept the admission of CUHK.

First of all, I'd like to mention the Daisy Wang, MBA admission manager. She is very kind, friend, and warmhearted person. During our E-mail interaction, she always kindly answer my questions, even leave the mobile phone for the emergency call during the spring festival vacation. From this appoint, I was very impressed this school.

Second, in the BiMBA, you can enjoy lots of lectures. And I believe this opportunities other schools may not offer the same amount of lectures and discussion forums.

Third, some one may asked the question about the career development. Here I share my opinion. Because of BiMBA special geographic location, BiMBA may have to share the career resources with Guanghua and Tsinghua. Nonetheless, since the interview will conduct in all other B-schools and job opportunities would depend on your personal professional background and skills, I don't see any difference among those B-school. In other words, everyone will have his/her opportunities.

Some people may doubt the curriculum of BiMBA. Nevertheless, after I have a contact with one of current students, I have an briefly understanding toward the BiMBA program. She mentioned in the E-Mail that every module has different schedule. Some may be very tight, but others may not. Usually, every day has classes, not mention some selective classes teached on the weekend and workshops in everyday afternoon. Besides, BiMBA also pay attention on the interaction among EMBA, Full-time MBA, Part-time MBA and alumni. Some seminars is designed by this principle. In addition, the faculty have a lot of  real-business experience. Some may have retired from the famous firms, and others may have a great insight into the China economy due to the comprehensive knowledge and experience of China-focus. And this is very attracting point for me in the beginning.

To sum up, I may mention lots merits of BiMBA, not only because I like this school, but because this school has its own distinguishing feathers. Small classes, warmhearted interaction between students, flexible time schedule for the class reviewing, are all shine spot in the BiMBA.

Personally because my career orientation, I chose the CUHK instead of BiMBA. But still, I like to say something for the perspective students. if you have any question, pls contact admission office. And I believe Daisy Wang will be glad to help you.

面试的问题大同小异，关键在于你自己是否准备充分，包括整个过程中的每一个小的细节

      北大国际MBA的面试只有30分钟的面对面交流，主要围绕你的工作经历展开（我认为），工作中的成绩与感受显得非常重要，口语方面要求要有条理，更要突出重点。我当天的主要问题有：工作经历，读MBA的原因和未来的规划，有无学友推荐，工作地点的选择，与众不同之处，甚至写商业计划书的体会等等。

     面试是在招生主任和校友的主持下进行的，面试人员听的很认真，对每次回答都似乎要做笔录。

    面试似乎超过预定时间，因为都是发自内心的想法，所以谈的很自然，感觉也很好。
