麻烦各位帮我看看这封邮件是神马意思？是电面邮件吗？？

到目前为止只收到了雪城的拒信……但就在刚才！我收到了一封USC的邮件！内容如下：

我觉得这个不是面试了。因为中间两段，他说他会教你一些申请的要求，如果成功的申请。我觉得不像面试。如果是面试，要求肯定早就达到了，为什么还要教你一遍

而且这句话看出这发邮件的人不是admission committee的

亲，无论如何你都得打电话过去。如果是我的话，我会先回复一个邮件，寒蝉几句，然后给对方几个时间段。让他选，然后你按时间打电话过去。 BTW，16个小时时差，亲要算好哦~
