不明白说的是什么意思，other driver whose insurance指的是什么？有背景吗？

b)she will pay for the call.

a collect call是什么意思呢？

a collect call是什么意思呢

collect call 就是让对方付费的电话。M说接了一个这样的电话，也就是说他这边要付费的。然后W说她愿意接受这个费用。
