好象怪怪的!那and前后两句话不就是一样的东西，ETS不会写重复句子的。

因为同一个句子内，代名词所指的应该是同一个，在这儿很明显是指vintners，their也是指vintners’

do取代前面出现过的信息—sell.

我这么认为：

无论do指的是sell还是do sell(强调）都能讲的通，因为我觉得sell本身的意思变了：be priced to sell是定价销售，而后面的sell是卖出去了。换句话说，前面的sell是卖，后面的sell是卖出去了。

为什么这么讲？因为：根据逻辑：酒商要减少库存，那么他们想的办法就是定价销售，结果是确实卖的不错。

至于为什么sell能当“卖出去了”讲，我这么想的，大家常说：it sells well.就是这个卖的不错的意思，这个卖隐含了什么？不就是卖出去了，且卖出去的很多么？同理，去掉well那就是卖出去了（不说卖出去的是多还是不多，反正我卖出去了）这样就是我说的sell的第2个意思了。

至于they我觉得明显是酒商，要不然肯定they和their是矛盾的，ETS不会自己抽自己嘴巴的。

这题比较晕：答案C

我觉得C= their wines are priced to sell, and the wines(also =their wines) do sell.

意思是“他们的酒在销价出售，（结果）酒（不是他们）真的卖得好。

而不是：“他们的酒在销价出售，（结果）他们真的卖得好。主语不平衡。

do在这里只是强调，加强语气的助动词，谓语动词sell省掉了。

个人意见，供参考！

其实这道题好好看看OG的解释就知道“and they do”的they指的是人wintner，而不是酒了。

解释中说“In choice A, the omitte word is selling; in B, D,E, it is sold."那么我们把省略的补上，A就是they are selling；B,D,E则是they have sold。如果they指的是酒，那么这里肯定要用被动式，而不是主动式了。

我认为"their wines are priced to sell, and they do"之所以用一般现在时，因为这是举的一个例子。即由于酒消价处理，卖的很好。所以酒商为了减少库存，（对其他商品）采取了消价的办法。而且这也是这里使用分号的原因了。

我这么认为的，希望大家讨论

这个题目关于大家争执的部分我觉得ETS中they 和their是可以指不同的东东的。在OG前面（具体哪道我记不清楚了）中有一道题it 和its 在题干部分就指代的不同对象。

我有个问题是，C选项的do是怎么用的？有do （to sell）这样的表示方法吗？我觉得是一种emphasize更合适啊。 还有就是A如果改为(A) have been priced to sell, and they are sold是不是就对了呢？

In choice C, the best answer, do is correctly used in place of the full verb do sell; in this verb, do is a conjugated form and sell is in the infinitive form, corresponding to its previous use in the sentence (in the phrase priced to sell). In choice A, the omitted word is selling; in B, D, and E, it is sold. Neither of these forms corresponds properly to to sell earlier in the sentence. Also, in E, the past perfect had been priced signifies that the wines had been priced to sell before the prices were cut.
