2+2就是先工作2年再读MBA，即2012年申请，2014年入学，所以是Class of 2016.

对，我在上海面的。过了2个多月了，面试的内容我也记不起来了，因为我也没有参加过普通MBA的面试，所以也不好说两者是否一样。But after all, they are all MBA interviews, so I really doubt if there should be any differences, except that the 2+2 program interview wouldn't focus on one's full-time work experience, but rather, internships.
