Say an applicant is from a foreign college and they have been awarded “756” points.  What is the maximum they could have been awarded?  1000?  1250?

Divide that “756” into the top figure that could be awarded – let’s say 1250, and then multiply the results by 4 (because our top GPA is 4.0)

756 divided by 1250 = 0.6048
0.6048 multiplied by 4 = 2.41 GPA

The real research is in figuring out per the transcript what is the topmost score these applicants could receive, and what was the OVERALL figure awarded.

我觉得756是所有你修的课程的总分，1250是满分，用你考的分数除以满分，就是你可以拿到的分数的比例，再乘以四，就是GPA了，这种算法好新鲜

应该就是 假设两门课 3学分 80 4学分 90  
那就是 （3*80+4*90）/7*100  然后得出的这个结果再乘以4 吧
