首先我认为你的原文有问题.  我没有听过录音,  不过我认为原文大概是这样的:

B: To tell you the truth, I don't really at all sing, but thanks for thinking of me.
Q: What does the man mean?

那男的根本就不会唱歌.  不是他想不想演的问题,  而是他根本没法演.

所以答案C更加贴切,  那女生应该另请高明.

act all thing, 没听说过这个词组,  另外也不合乎语法呀.

我认为是 I don't really at all sing.  就是 I don't really sing at all 的意思.

口语中at all的位置很灵活的.

我觉得答案应该是D，我手头的参考答案也是D，可能经过大家讨论了吧。

另外，第一个人所说的  musical，在这个位置是“音乐喜剧”的意思。做名词。这个词做形容词的两个意思 1。音乐的。如musical instrument 2。喜爱音乐的。如musical child 放在这里都不合适。戏剧俱乐部的演出肯定是和音乐有关的，不必多此一举强调它是音乐的。也因为是音乐喜剧，所以第二个人才说“我既不会表演，也不会唱歌”
