关于with的一道题，看了很多with的帖子，但是还是没有解决

这道题，A的解释是这样的，说with去做了伴随，但应该是这本书的主题，所以不对。关于A的解释我比较支持，因为它属于with + 宾语 +-ing 的这种独立主格的结构，所以应该是伴随。
但是是是是……我对D的解释不是很理解。解释说，D中的with的错误同A一样。但是这里是with + 名词 +that定从，不是相当于介词短语么，它并不是独立主格，所以向前修饰这本书并没有错啊……
当然这道题按简洁性原则的话我会选择E，但是对于D的解释我真的不能理解，请大家帮帮忙。
