英语专业的申请商学院，哪个专业比较合适？

本科是英语，如果想申请finance或accounting，哪个比较有希望？

finance对数学要求有多高？

我觉得accounting工作对communication的能力要求挺高的，从这个角度来看，你的英语背景对你在accounting工作领域发展会很有利，至于finance，我不觉得你以前的背景会有太大的帮助...

这么多专业念ACCOUNTING和FINANCE的人在申请，而且还有念理工科的人在抢

你学语言的肯定没希望

你学语言的希望实在很小

我现在就在美国

大多数学校好像都是MBA，finance方向。

是申请这种MBA希望大一点，还是MS in Finance呢？

或者就学accounting.

（希望大家能介绍几个比较容易申请奖学金的学校）

除了PHD有奖其他都很少

也不一定全无希望。我一个朋友就是英语专业的，国内外企工作过几年，过来后这里读了MBA，后来去作了finance。他运气比较好。读书不一定不行，工作可能不好找。这种MBA的数学要求应该不是很高（对理科的来说），他说比较辛苦但死记硬背可以过关。好学校和奖学金你的竞争力可能不大，如果没有其他条件的话。

accounting学起来好像很烦的，一个朋友以前学哲学的，也学下来了。

选个兴趣大的吧。

1. No matter what's your background, choose an area which interests you. Accounting or finance? Have some understandings to these areas first to see which one interests you more.

2. If you have decided to pursue a certain area, prepare yourself well for the application. If one person tells you that accounting is easy, it doesn't mean that it's easy. If the other suggests that finance is easy, it doesn't mean that it's easy too. The most important thing is to have an internal compass and make the decision yourself. If you really want to do sth., you can make it no matter how hard it is.

3. I used to be an English major, I am studying accounting now. Application is hard, but just as I mentioned, well-prepared yourself from many parts, like having a good GMAT score (for accounting), GPA, taking some accounting courses.
