TPO-22哒~~我大概能得几分呢?一战给了我个limited,不知道这次怎么样啊。。大家帮帮忙啦~~~小女子感激不尽 The reading and listening passages have a conflict concerning the ethanol fuel. The text postulates that gasoline cannot be replaced by the ethanol; however, the professor in the lecture refutes this belief. He contends that ethanol fuel is a good alternative to the oil fuel.
Initially, the ethanol fuel would not add the global warming.Like the details mentioned in the reading, this kind of fuel do release carbon dioxide while burning. But there is a counteract between the plants making the ethanol fuel and the green house gas. That is, the plants are able to absorb the gas and actually remove it.
In addition, another cardinal point showed in the listening material is that producing ethanol fuel has no influence on the food for animal. In fact, when it comes to the production, people use a special plant, which is not attractive to the animals.Namely, the amount of feed for animals is surely not reduced. Thus, the fear that a substantial source of food for animal would disappear makes no sense.Obviously, the viewpoint stated in the beginning is opposite to the idea in the reading that other availabilities of plants uses might drop.
Ultimately, the professor argues against the perspective that the ethanol fuel has no possibility to win gasoline on price by saying that the latter one perhaps becomes the loser. Because, common sense informs us that cheap fuel are always needed.Assuming other conditions remain unchanged, when the amount of one kind of product rises, its price will definitely slide down in the future, and increasingly number of products will be available.Meanwhile, a study substantiated this claim.
