我觉得10-20都可以申一下，就业机会应该会比JHU要多的
毕竟读mba就是为了找工作嘛

Hello my friend—yes, you should be able to get into a very good program this year, that is for sure.  most likely not in the top ten, but top 30 should be possible for you.  If you want a medical career, JH is a great option—their MBA program is not well known, but their medical school is the best in the world!  Also, consider Duke and Wharton, as well as Tuck and Vanderbilt.  As far as your application is concerned, you should focus on your medical experience—you can change careers once you get into school, but for now focus on YOUR background.  That is how you will crack a top program.  Hope this helps!
