问题1：B选项中while是否和之前的产生并列关系。如果是，那么其中的成分是如何并列的。按照prep上的解释：只要while引导的从句与主句主语谓语一致，那么while后的主语谓语都可省略，但是在这里谓语是不相同的。所以想问一下，有没有更合理的解释。
问题2：B选项中while是连词，按照英吉在http://www.kaixin001.com/yingji/diary/view_84180441_46799792.html?classid=0&pos=1&start=0&type=list上的说法：indroducing与前面动词发起者保持一致。但其中缺少主语和谓语，无法形成一整句话。所以逻辑上也说不过去。

貌似楼主是想求得更好解释来着的，并不是不会做，我最初在做这道题时，我觉得我会在a和b 之间徘徊，但是当我后来看到a中的having后，我就觉得应该是b了，因为这里有个logical predication，你是明白的，have gone virtually unregualted,肯定是那些pollutants,所以需要有一个从句来修饰，当然我们有的时候也会用动词分词来修饰当我们没有从句的时候，但是关键这里如果用动词分词来修饰的话，就会引起歧义了， 会认为是修饰前面的句子。
当然，我的sc道行也不深，做题可能没有楼主多，针对while，我最近刚看到他可以表示同一方向的平行，也可以是转折语义的，然后后面是可以跟从句，动词分词（不分是不是同一个谓语），所以我想在这个问题上b也无可厚非：）希望我这个三角猫解释能多提供点思路吧！
