基本上所有的动作，包括分词，不定式出现时，都需要考虑动作发出者的问题

基于你提的这个问题，我想可能主要是关于现在分词的
所谓谓语执行者，是指状语由于修饰的是句子或者动作，因此需要能有效地与该动作的执行者一致，因此，基本上逗号后面的分词形式都需要考虑动作发出者，以及同样作为状语的逗号+介词形式，也需要与动作主语形成有效修饰

此外，形如你举得这题结果状语，事实也是需要考虑发出者，也即是前面整个句子的概念是否 能够有效的引起这个动作
例如，有句很有名的Emily写信题，有个选项主句是“艾米丽花了很长时间写了很多信”，选项是“她的这类信超过了所有其他信”
很明显主句的结果不能有效引起后面的动作，因此这个选项是做结果状语不行，同时，做伴随状语存在时态问题，该选项被放弃
（虽然这题很多人提到同性恋问题，但事实上，不需要背景知识，语法上也是有差异的0
