All official TOEFL scores go directly to the Intl office on our campus and we have not way of knowing if they have been received until about a week after the applicant applies and that office matches the score with the applicants file.  This is why we recommend applicants to submit a copy of their TOEFL score with their supporting documents that they send in to us
