这题我想应该选C，manufacture作名词不能孤零零的在那儿吧，加个定冠词；虽然有be used to 这个短语，但是也不能本本主义呀，意思不通～用in 表示在一个领域～

倒不是说just over在开头就是并列，你看over 是从了 two-thirds 的，表示 多于2/3 的～

并列主要是因为两个动词的出现，且第二句不能用which 构成从句，which 去指代哪个呢？which 和more than 98 percent of this water 不就使“第二个句子”有的两个“主语”了～
