1，that从句中有“be”，所以“无verb”的判断不对。
2，命令语气的格式，回顾一下
   格式A：bossy_word + THAT + subject + command subjunctive
   command subjunctive的法则是：
   1）动词原型，无-s格式
   2）如果是be，那么be不变形
   3）动词前无任何修饰，比如“will，should，to”
   格式B：bossy_word + THAT + subject +动词不定式
   prohibit独有格式，形容词格式。

哈哈·~·碰到一个一起补作的哈·~握爪~~我说一下我的想法哈~~我 觉得建议语气本来就有种虚拟语气的感觉在内，因为是建议，所以内容是现实木有发生的，比如这道题，should be tested，说明它其实木有 test~~个人建议，仅供参考。
