你看他们在说什么~我来演绎一下

所以，我想有sound like 加上一点点的那种语气其实就是暗里否定第一人的言论。

刚开始我也这么认为，sound like 有否定的意思，但仔细一看，发现其还有“肯定”的意思。此题我也认为选D。
