表示这个compliance一直在protects....虽然我也觉得用一般现在时看上去更顺眼，但说不出来用现在进行时有啥错啊？ACDE都有硬伤，所以就选B了，答案是比出来的。。。
compliance[with laws（requiring.....)] is protecting.....

这个貌似不是时态来解释，应该是doing作形容词修饰名词吧

看到PREP上的解释了。。。说compliance的同时就是保护。。

law 的内容多用 n+doing 来修饰
