也搜到了这道题，但是大家大都是针对 the mergert 的讨论。 对于出现在CD选项中，为什么with states opening不对，大家也没有讨论出结果.
我看了prep08的解释“with states opening伴随修饰be marketing错误”。很困惑。我总是觉得这个with的独立主格结构就是伴随，修饰正句话的.

看了很多题，发现with独立主格到底修饰谁，似乎并没有一定之规，很糊涂.
