求高手指点，顺便帮我看看我的GPA该咋算呢？

本人今年30了，哎到了这把年纪还要看书考试，真的是很惭愧呀。所以想少走点弯路，请各位高手牛人们指点一下哈。
我18岁去了英国读的是accounting and finance, 成绩不理想 third class. 之后在英国读的master，毕业后工作了两年，也不是啥好工作，中医店经理啥的，也没给办工签。觉得国内发展挺快的就回来了，现在工作四年多了，在一家跨国咨询公司，也做过不少项目，但是当project manager的只有一个项目。GMAT还没考呢，正在努力中。
请问我想申请Top 20的学校有戏吗？我的GPA该咋算呢？T就不用考了吧，再靠就死了。

For someone without great grades, you'll need a stellar work experience (which you haven't included much info on) to back it up. A good GMAT score will help (so they know you're smart), but still, your calling card will have to be work experience.

That is much harder to evaluate here, since it doesn't depend on numbers..
