学校经常组织如何写cv和cover letter的讲座那天去听了 其实感觉和申请学校有着同样的思路。

1．        About countries
我们以后找工作和申请学校一样，可能会投很多国家的很多学校，虽然可能这条对申请不一样，不过每个国家找工作对cv内容的preference 不同，比如，usa的偏 references /less personal details/more achievements, 英国和意大利等欧洲的一些国家 prefer personal info

2．        Complexity and creativity
Human capital:
Seek for people who can face complexity of world.
English excellent level
The ability to adapt yourself to multicultural group
Innovative
Flexibility availability motivational
其实 我觉得以上几条也是申请商学院所看中的
3．        Target the employer and the positionyou are applying for
Think about qualities and skills that are seen as valuable.
这条也和申请学校很像，申请一个学校需要你对他的background 学术造诣，尤其是你要申请的专业相关的有足够的认识，你会发现很多学校的essay问题都是why our university? what do you think you can generate to universityas a student ?之类的。
所以 collecting information before writing
不要谈自己谈得太多，要多谈学校如何，然后谈到学校如何的时候，说自己比较match，为什么match？一定要有例子！

比如你想去学金融，但是你本科是其他专业，你可以说，I had an chance…blabla…..i like tthis kind of job ….blabla…if I want,I need to pursue the master degree ..blabla….

总之找工作和申请学校有很多异曲同工之处，多下功夫搜索信息 金融开的也就那几个学校，把担心 慌张的时间花去搜索信息上，moreinfo more qualified…
