第三个问题是写 weakness， 那么第五个问题的后半部分还写weakness还合适吗？谢谢！

Yes my friend, I agree with your idea here—these two things (weaknesses and things to change etc.) are very similar.  I don’t know what Ross asked both these questions; but your approach seems just perfect.  You can write about the same weakness if need be—just don’t write TOO much about weaknesses.  After all, after we cover one or two, we need to get back to optimism, and pushing our candidacy’s POSITIVE attributes of course!
