我觉得关键在于them的指代。A里面them可以指代consumers, 和products，指代不明确. 但是D里面只能指代products.

这么说也有道理。不过不是说只要在一个句子里面同一个代词的指代相同就可以了吗？比如这里，they, them都是指代products，也不会有指代的误解。

请再指点。
