中国学位与教育文凭认证。有人遇到过要求这个的吗?

今天在看IIT的网站的时候看到有段话要求这个。。。

For a faster processing all transcripts, degrees, and diplomas must be verified by China Academic Degree and Graduate Education Development Center or China Higher Education Student Information and Career Center, as appropriate. All documents must be sent directly to the Illinois Institute of Technology by these organizations.

我去这个认证的网上看了，不是很明白，有做过这个认证的人吗?

我这样做一次认证能投几个学校啊？

他说认证要我把成绩单，学位证，毕业证都寄去。如果一次认证只能投一个学校，那我是不是每次认证都要寄一次材料去啊。。。这也太纠结了吧。。。
