19题中，PREP给出的解释是：that指代同类，即本质的，可以不带修饰部分；it指代原物，带修饰部分。那么我是否可以这样理解呢？it指代的是原文中的hominids'manner，而that指代的只是manner，所以如果用it来指代的话则有逻辑错误。
但是在53题中，PREP给出的解释是：代词用于指代所有格A's B，指代的对象只能是B，不是A。也就是说its只能指代economic growth，因此指代错误。但是its不能指代economic growth的修饰部分Britain's吗？
按照我的理解，这两道题的解释是矛盾的？还是说这两道题是两种情况？这两道题都可以通过其他方式来得出答案，但代词指代的问题实在是很困扰，还请高人解答。

20题的指代和比较结构无关，就是解释的理由。
