请问我这样的情况，得全额奖学金的概率大不大？国内三流本科，机械设计制造及自动化专业，G720, T105 ，GPA3.0或更低，还没有具体算，但四年都是全年级前三，担当学生会管理工作，社团管理工作。W/E 6年，二年深圳富士康采购工程师经验，一年半深圳友邦人寿保险业务管理培训生及业务主任销售管理经验，2年企业管理顾问公司制造业培训课程销售经验（TOP SALES），一年培训机构自主创业管理经验，目前爱人在PSU 做POST-DOC, 我可以以J2身份过去一段时间，在那边打工和学习，打算2012年申请。

请问pumpkin~工作经验的缺少可不可以通过其他项来中和呢？从网站上看，今年Smeal的MBA接受GRE了，我GRE1570：V770 Q800 AWA3.5，T100：speaking22，writing24本科GPA3.5左右，工作经验：全职marketing半年，实习4个月。
1. 基于您的和您同事的case，我这种情况有没有可能申到全奖？
2. 是申R1还是R2呢？怎么听说R2给的机会大一些？因为R1太激烈了。。。

个人看法：GPA低，可以一定程度上通过高GMAT来弥补。工作经验，就很难说了。


我的感觉是从前我的同学里面，中国同学都有比较扎实的工作经验基础。


R1/R2给奖应该是没什么机会大小的说法。准备好了就申请R1，如果没准备好就申请R2。

3. For class of 2013, we have 13 classmates from China. Most of us came from logistic/procurement industry and some of us came from finance, art or others.

Each year, approximately 35 assistantships are awarded within a typical incoming class (not including partial scholarship stipend), and our class size is small- we have 79 classmates this year.

If a student is not awarded an assistantship for the first year, there are additional opportunities to obtain an assistantship position in the second year. Approximately 6-10 assistantships are awarded in this manner each year.

For the chance of getting scholarship, as I replied to others before- officially, the admission office cannot evaluate your qualifications before you apply. Sorry for not answering. But, we are sure that other strong background might help applicants stand out above larger applicant pool and get merit-based award.

想了解下Smeal奖学金生的percentage，还有如果GMAT只有690但其它的background还ok有没有可能拿奖学金呢？

各位前辈，弱弱的请教一下，申请PSU MBA时，GPA是如何计算的，是参考以下规则吗？
按照美国的计分方式一般为：90以上4.0，85-89计3.5，80-84计3.0，75-79计2.5，70-74计2.0，65-69计1.5，60-64计1.0，60以下0。每科GPA乘以其学分，把总和加起来，然后除以总学分数，得到的就是你的GPA成绩。有的学校为了公平，把每个分数段划分得更细一点，比如每两到三分为一个段。在申请材料中你用这个方式计算GPA，并附上计算方法。 另外，优秀/良好/中等/及格，分别对应 4/3.5/3/2.5?

是参考这样的吗？
