顶一个，我来插楼的~大家回答都很好很积极呀~毛毛姐这个活动办得灰常好哈~umm....其实这个题目我个人觉得问题主要在since上（like等等滴问题都比较“GMAT”~），since这个词后面可以跟很多的内容，比如说，一个开始的时间点，从句啊等等~这个题目since后面是一个从句。其实表时间的since从句（还有一种是表原因的）后面的时态可以是完成时（现在和过去）和过去时。主要看要表达的内容。举个例子，I have known Peter since I have lived in America. 和 I have known Peter since we were at scholl together. 这道题目的“regulation”是在一个时间点被放松的，所以选择过去时，而不是完成时~所以排除的原因并不该是since后面的语法问题~
