答案是c，since后面不是it吗？跟c的复数应该冲突，我选的是e，求解答

此题考比较对象并列，E中traditional pharmacies应该同on-line drugstore平行而非the cornerstone
同理其他选项也是通过比较对象平行进行排除。
C中it是it is ...that的强调结构中的，并无指代对象

C 选项的it 是强调句型里面的it。。that 中的it，主语还是prescriptions ，E 肯定不对的，unlike、like sth，后面跟的主语一定是比较的对象即on-line drugstores ，而不是the cornerstone。
