我的疑问在于，B选项后面who指代ethnic groups，后面的their也是指代groups，那和前面明显指代Incas'的their不是冲突了吗？

未划线部分NOT ONLY后面直接跟的是ON, 那么BUT ALSO后面就该直接跟ON，直接锁定BD

我知道是直接锁定BD，这点没有疑问，我的问题在指代上，这里的指代怎么理解？“同一代词只能指代同一东西”为什么无效了？
