我不太懂哈，我认为，英语首先“句意”还是第一位的，因为只有doctors才能spend time，see 和 spend都属于前面的那个require to的“DO”. 这句话里只有doctor才能spend，别的东西不行啊，讲不通

我的理解：这个题主要考平行结构，D是better answer, maybe not the best answer.

同意这个说法。
另，OG里还有一题：Recently implemented “shift-work equations” based on studies of the human sleep cycle have reduced sickness, sleeping on the job, andfatigue among shift workers while raising production efficiency in various industries.
它告诉我们，并列题一定要理解句意，不一定“一并到底”。首先要理解highlight部分都是reduce的宾语，而raising是与reduced平行，因此fatigue前一定要有and，以表示并列的最后组成部分。理解了句意才能挑出正确结构的选项。

可以这么说，改错题做到一定程度，句意才是真正必杀的招数。
