partly to aquire certain chatacteristics in their steers

请问:
partly... and partly...是对称了,但partly to do...and partly because...应该不对称吧??是不需要考虑partly后面的么?

平行不是全都要对应相等的啊，是具体问题具体分析，比如说OG上有一题，具体哪个忘了，前面是现在式，后面是过去式。第一供热用TO应该是表目的吧，第二个because是表原因。小生欢迎各位踊跃拍砖。
