我对has没有问题，新东方老师说看见recent 就要想到完成时，加上in the last century 有表示一大段时间，也应该用完成时。

但我选的是D，想知道D为什么错？我觉得C再某种程度上改变了句意。

C：在上个世纪妇女地位改变甚微

D：从上个世纪以来，妇女地位改变甚微

C中的has changed不是已经表示从上个世纪'以来'么

have ＋ 短暂性的东词：表示过去的动作对现在的影响

我还是不大理解为什么这题可以用现在完成时，我是指：从句意上我怎么也体会不出完成时的含义。

in the last century 在句中作时间状语，让我感觉谓语应该用过去时，或过去完成时。

或者，如果要用现在完成时的话，时间状语应该是since the last century.

请大家帮我解释一下，谢谢！

搜了下google, 找了些in the last century的句子，现在完成时和过去时都有，没看到过去完成时。

How much has the sea level risen in the last century?

A number of species have come into existence in the last century.

本题没有给出过去时，且根据前面recent的暗示和句意只有用现在完成时。感觉在没有更多信息提示和背景知识的情况下in the last century改成in the past century更让人容易理解。本题似乎是老题, 也就是有可能在2000前, 这样last century就指19世纪，意思上有点令人费解。
