关于WHICH只能引导介宾结构的疑问！

举例：A representative of the Women's Bureau of the United States Department of Labor contends that employers who offer benefits which permit that employees can balance home and work responsibilities better, realizing gains in attendence, recruiting, and retention.

B.which permit employees balancing home and work responsibilities better will realize
C.That permit employees to balance home and work responsibilities better will realize

本题本来是考permit的固定搭配的，没有什么问题，但是which 和 that 在此处的用法却引发了我的疑问，答案里说B的2个缺陷之一就是“定语从句中的先行词是benefits,且是限定性从句，用which引导违反了GMAT公理”。公理中说“对不作为介词宾语的事物做限定性修饰，只用that而不用which。而which仅用于引导对介宾进行修饰的限定性从句和引导非限定性从句。”，这里的“which仅用于引导对介宾进行修饰的限定性从句”如何理解？

楼主，对于B选项，我的理解是，按照GMAT语法规则，使用which时，只有两种用法：

1）……，which……。此时which修饰逗号前最近的那个名词。

2）……介词+which……

B选项中又没有逗号，又没有介词，所以which“裸奔”一定错！

这个话翻译过来就是说在前面的先行词如果作介词的宾语被引用，which可以用来做引导词。。 呵呵。

有点明白了!就是说限定性中如果要用WHICH则它修饰的对象必须是介词后接的宾语，非限定则是就近的名词（不能是句子），对吧？那这里的BENEFITS是做什么结构的？

反正用which的时候，要么在前面加“，”，要么在前面加“介词”。
