楼主你的名字首字母和我一样啊，冲这点我来试试。句子原意是想表达natural food不能包括A，B，C的任意一种，就该用OR，如果用and的话是表示natural food可以包括三者中的一种和两种，但只是不包括三种都有的食物。不知道讲清楚没。拙见，欢迎指正

and 表示的是同时出现，也就是说以上多者同时出现的时候才用and。
or表示的是有一个出现就可以。
语法现在主要的考察点是语义的逻辑性，也就是这句话本身是否合乎逻辑。有时候不仅仅凭一个简单的语法点来判断。

那个....我还是不太理解or和and的用法。这句话的意思应该是这样吧：只有那些这三种物质都不包含的食品才能用natural，应该是同时不包括吧.....用or的话不就变成有一个不包含就可以用natural了？用or的原因应该还是否定的关系吧

这样想的话，你就会很纠结的，你把它想复杂了。
本来这句话的意思是，原来那些只要是没有色素或者调味料或者防腐剂或任何一种合成物质的食品，商家都会说成是“天然的”，而现在就要对“天然”两个字限制一下，因为不是不添加东西就一定是天然的。
