额，排除法剩下AB，然后觉得因为是2000的census survey，所以不能用现在完成时，所以选了A

那我也给你个clue：since 1890，有since，用完成时多合适？

额，也细看了，AB犹豫挺久，但原来老是完成时这里错，就不敢选了...

完成时确实很难，尤其是么有出现时间状语的情况。不过这道题真的不应该的
