当然用这个时态了。without  doing sth是固定用法，它的被动就是without being done。

从longman字典的解释看不出distinguish btw 和distinguish ... from...的差别来，美国传统词典则只有distinguish ... from..地用法，看来distinguish between x and y有时一条gmat家规了。

如果是distinguish between A and B, which，这个which指代B比较明确，而distinguish A and B, which，这个which后如果没有逻辑或主谓暗示，完全可能指代A and B，因为这里的A and B不纳入distinguish的区分范围，仅仅相当于distinguish sth - 辨别出sth

顶一下,OG27题与此知识点类似.  选项B 有可能产生歧义,Who修饰Chandler Owen 还是A.Philip 呢!

without 的用法是without与后面的名词或是动名词中间不能有任何的插入词如their,any等等都是不可以的.
