为了女友，想申MBA是不是比较没出息？

If I were in your shoes, I will post such questions and explain your thinking ( not the girl-firend part but your "strong interesting" in MBA & your flaw in academic history )to schools you targeted, seeing what the repsonse they would like to give you. And, Yes, Many schools will put more emphasis on your Undergraduate study when weighing your capability.

Not sure, for some shool "achieved bachelor degree" is their bottom line. So you may ask those 30 admission office respectively.

1.本科学的是理科，master是finance，这样解释flaw in academic history会否好一些？但如果没有bachelor，以后在米国还是处处受制约吧？找工作什么的估计都搞不定？

I guess, it will be helpful if you mentioned you have your master degree while telling your poor academic result in Undergraduate.    And, yes, Lacking a bachelor degree will hurt your job hunting in U.S. But, still there will be chance.

2.我打算2012年秋天开始申请，届时争取一个较好的GT成绩，并且拿下CFA leve3

An Outstanding GMAT, an enough Tofel and a CFA level3 certificate will definately help with your application.

3.工作经验有两段，一段是2年的partner创业经历，一段是2年的top10 domestic mutual fund经历

That is very strong W/E background.

4.推荐人方面，我还没学习CD的相关材料。如果找北美TOP10的Phd或者顶级外企Director级别的人写推荐会否有加分作用？不过他们都不是我的老板或者导师。。

A recommdation letter from your direct supervisor will make more sense, since those people supposed to know you better.

A Phd in TOP10 School or a Director from an Fortune 500 may help you with your job hunting, say network support, but they may not help you with your MBA application,Unless you can explain why those ppl will know you better than ^&*^*&%*%

无论如何，没有bachelor，让我心中瓦凉瓦凉的，就是不知道天网恢恢，是否还有一线生机。。。本科不懂事，这个代价也太重了。。

My friend, there will always be chances. However, as I said earlier, you need ask 30 admission Offices respectively to find one.

Again! MBA is not a tool to maintain your relationship. Your Background is fine, While, I believe as long as you hold your current thinking(gril friend part) you won't be sucess in MBA application. So clear your mind and give it second thought! What is you really want!

我是觉得，为了女友出国，是为了能为她遮风挡雨，能照顾她。而不是成为拖累的。因此，考虑MBA不仅仅是要能去美国，而且是读完MBA出来，要能赢得职业生涯。否则，其他也会输掉的。。
