大意：
随着手机服务成本下降以及手机逐渐变的普遍，手机服务公司提供“包月”服务，人们开始在晚上和周末用手机打电话。（而不是象以前那样只是白天在外联系，开始有了座机的功能）。

A,B 不選..因為主要子句動詞 using 缺BE動詞..

C 不選..因為 in the last year 本修飾plummeting ..改變句意

D 不選..因為 with + N + Ving 形式. 指主要子句動作發生時. N同時在做Ving..

        注意  the cost of wireless service plummeting in the last year 不合邏輯

E 正確!  ..因為 
                        in the last year 指最近的一年, 用完程式OK!

晕了，今天做了这道题，接着看了17页的discussion

正常模拟我不可能选E，而是D

首先A，B，C却主要动词are轻松排除，然后一看while表转折或对比再加时态的混乱加之D的对称就投奔了D，前后1分钟

看了大家讨论，最后时刻，敲定了E

有以下理由:

with表伴随要求动作的同时性，这里并不同时；while这里不是因果和转折和伴随，而是顺承，随着...的发生（而不是当...），...怎么了；(各人感觉while并不强要求时间的一致性，而with sth doing作独立主格要求时间的一致性)

E的in the last year可以用完成时态前面已进行了讨论，并且完成时和进行时的并列也是可以的；

“D的错误在于plummeting in the last year. ETS多次说过不能用v-ing来表示过去完成了的动作”这也是重要的一点；

are increasingly common比becoming increasingly common好，become increasely common犯了redundancy错误。

有人说while主要讲去年无线服务成本和手机普遍度，后面怎么能跟现在进行时，注意后面的now。

我选的是D，但是现在支持E了。另外，关于last year 用has 的问题，其实，这个Plummeting是对现在有影响的，所以可以用Has，完全符合语法中对于现在完成是的解释。

在GMAT里WHILE基本都是表转折的

大家有没有注意到，假如E正确， 该句结构岂不成了 While A, B, when C？ 两个从句共用一个主句。就算不是共用，这个结构也够拗口的。
