最后, 我也不觉得with结构有什么主语判断的问题, 前面有人举出了Longman的例子证明了不需要主语一致.

E实在是觉得很好的。

就是讨论了以后发现While the cost of wireless service has plummeted in the last year and mobile phones are increasingly common 非常的不舒服。。。。

而且，D还是不明白，with哪里出错了？

这题我支持D.我在这里只谈逻辑，which mostly weakens the choice e.

我看了后第一感觉就<STRONG>是因果，不是转折，因为我在加拿大近两年正是句子所提到的原因使我cancel座机，改用手机（手机的common)，给国内打长途。

1，手机不要钱了。2，月费下调了。3，同样的月费可以打更多的时间了。

而且，还改了手机的计划：原来只有周末免费，后来加了10元，变得周末和晚上免费了，working day也多了100min通话时间。

具体数据（都是市话，长途为市话费加ip卡费）：

1，原来座机22/m,市内通话免费。移机55/次。北美搬家频繁。

2，当时手机55/m, 100min for week day,weekend 免费。手机免费。觉得平是通话时间太少，没用手机

3，一年后，手机55/m,150min for week day,其余一样。正好搬家，换成了手机。这时候觉得只有周末和家里通话，不爽，偶尔就用房东的座机打。也不好老用啦！

4，又过了半年，推出如果再加10元,150分钟，周末和晚上都免费，立马换成这个计划了。天天晚上随便打！

to sum up, 我对电话公司推出的各校服务和价钱十分敏感，正是这些变化导致我换成手机，而用手机打长途聊天-当然是在不计费阶段（when 。。。。provides the unlimited airtime)</P><>请大家讨论。

对于说转折的，比如“电话公司成本越来越低，但是大家还是在晚上和周末打电话。”，请注意："at night and weekends, when wireless companies provide unlimited airtime... for a small monthly fee", 其中when 是修饰night 和weekends的，说明这个时候打手机是不记费阶段。如果是转折，翻译为“电话公司成本越来越低，但是大家还是在晚上和周末不记费阶段打电话，”，好像很合理，但是for a small montyly fee就和这个转折逻辑上无关了！而如果是因果关系，这个就很合理：再一次具体地说出，你交很少的月费就可以得到不记费时段，象我上面提到的例子；而原来的不记费时段要较高的月费。

原则一，如果原文逻辑意义正确，你不能改变原句意思和重心

原则二，如果原文逻辑意义错误，你可以改变原句意思或重心。比如 GWD 8-20,句子意思应该是转折(but)，而不是递进(not only...but also)

不可否认，说GWD 9-3是转折的人的道理也勉强说的过去，但说因果也绝对没有错。我们承认万物之间关系是复杂的，两个现象之间可能既有因果，又有转折，还有其他一些关系。因此，这题如果认为是转折关系，就算不说错，至少也是在表明两个现象之间的另一个关系，而这个关系不是原文要表达的，从而改变了句义。
