开始排除E是觉得in the last year 不能用完成时，但后来大家大量举证这是可以的，in the last year真等于in the past year吗？如果是还好理解，不是的话，OG里不是总说现在完成时是指从过去开始到现在结束的动作吗？要是这一点也不用遵守那语法题要怎么判断做啊

而且E选项while的从句中又有完成时又有现在进行时看起来很不地道又不平行，是ETS很不喜欢的阿

应该选E。

D有一个硬伤。根据定语从句和现在分词的区别：定语从句可以跳跃修饰，而现在分词只能修饰紧跟的名词。

现在分词plummeting只能修饰紧跟的名词，所以在这修饰service，明显不合逻辑，应该修饰cost才对。如果改成定语从句that has plummeted就对了。
