北大BiMBA 2011尋室友 Roomate wanted.

Hello all!

I just got enrolled for 2011 fall full time BiMBA program. School starts late Aug. I am look for a roomate or two to split rent with.
Personally, I don't want anything crappy... afterall, doing heavy school work away from home you would want a nice cozy place right?
Large living with comfy sofa, big TV, and kitchen is a must!   If we can all chip in 3000~5000 each; we can get a decent place.
Looking for a safe apartment with guards and next to BiMBA.

Well... sorry pal, don't want roomate(s) who's not going to BiMBA.

I am 28 Male, Taiwanese / Canadian. Looking for clean and tidy roomate, no smoking indoor, and loves to have a few beers and kick back.
