C的解释中，where语法上就近修饰electricity,导致逻辑错误。

答案的意思是这里的where作关系副词引导从句，那么如何区分是作定从修饰前一个名词，还是做状从修饰整个句子？
通过语义区分？ 那么形式或用法上呢？where引导定从和状从有什么不同，又如何区别呢？

我的理解是在gmat考试中，一般是就近指代，不能指代整个句子

谢谢~~不过那个是which引导的非限定性定语从句，就近指代~不指代整个句子。但where引导的状从和定从要如何区分呢。。。

个人理解where在做副词时 是不存在引导状语从句修饰整个句子，因为where来修饰或代替地点的，那么地点本事就是个名词， 那么where只能在定语从句中使用，修饰名词而不是句子，例子：She was shown into a small room, where there was a dying man.

可能是我在一楼表达的不够准确~....where引导状从，修饰主句谓语呢？比如 I got an apple, where ....  这样就是修饰谓语动词了..
应该没有用法上面的区别 只能从语义区分吧..?
