定从和分词在用法上面区分微乎其微, 不推荐大家作为判断正误的标准, ETS没有在任何地方讲解两者的区别, 我认为, 总结出来的一些规律最多作为检验答案的一个标准.

个人意见，1和3的demanding...与who demanded....区别在于demanding表示一种多次重复的动作限定修饰，另在本题中与主句的 in July 1985 yielded的时态冲突。2的with the demand that除了有wordy问题（一位NN的意思），with...的限定修饰我认为属于1和3的折衷，避免了demanding的时态问题，但是也没有3的表达清晰。
