对刘振民语法改错精解的一处质疑

再者

此句中的with也没有就近修饰womb而是修饰的BABY啊

如果刘振民的解释是错误的，那么D错在哪儿呢？

我觉得还是从句意上来看吧，with表伴随，其实是表达“伴随有……”的意思，这时候可以去想一下“伴随有……”中的“有”的逻辑主语是否适当。选项D中they sometimes lose money with  a rise in short-term rates，这时they就成了“伴随有a rise in short-term rates”中的有的逻辑主语，但事实上并非是they有a rise in short-term rates，而是they在a rise in short-term rates这样一种情形下lose money。
E中with也是类似。
不知道楼主能不能想通
