问一下double这种词后面可以跟as  as 吗，我记得赵丽老师讲的可以，但这道题解析上说不可以。还有我觉得in the previous year和in 1990比较对应，所以选了B,答案是A

double sth=twice sth=twice as many/much/as sth 你都已经用了double了说明翻倍了，再用as...as说和什么一样，等于比了两次，这样的表达应该是没有的。
B的话that是指number, the number of increase 比较awkward,其实就是increase的意思，所以直接用increase就可以了
