且把in the northeastern United States放前面易产生歧义

(E)把in the northeastern United States放前面易产生歧义,不平行,且完全是个断句

  考试的时候可不能这样一句一句分析啊

我没明白那个itself的作用，如果没有itself呢？为什么大家都在强调itself阿？
